APC 20082964: "Do Not Operate" Tag

APC Mine Safety Do Not Operate Tag is a simple solution for Tag-Out or Maintenance/Do Not Operate out of service mining, construction and industrial equipment. Each Equipment Safety Tag is double side. DO NOT OPERATE is printed on one side and DANGER printed in bright red ink on both the front and back for highest visibility and employee safety. Each equipment tag is heavy-duty with a reinforced metal eyelet. Fastener string is included with each tag for attaching to the equipment. Size 4" x 7.5"
